Recording Notice and Consent

Every call on Haven is recorded and monitored, without exception, to keep everyone safe and to uphold the standards of the community. Everyone using Haven is told this up front and agrees to it when they join; it is a requirement of using the service, not a choice made before each call.
Monitoring may also note the broad topics a person enjoys, like gardening or grandkids, never quotes, names, or details. Each person chooses what to keep or skip after a call, and only what they keep is shared with their companions.
The final notice will detail how recordings are used, how long they are kept, who can access them and under what circumstances, and the consent requirements for each place where Haven operates.
